Wishes when I was young: Sentosa's Underwater World and Snow City!
Since prelims' ending on 16th September for me, my birthday would be free from studying and I finally got an invitation from my friend (to Junyi, Ben and Becca: Hanaa, that's the same FRIEND laa =.=") to go there for celebrations.
BUT CJ HAD TO PUT ITS RETREAT RIGHT SMACK ON MY BDAE. :'(
Lucky we haven't booked the package to dive with the sharks yet, heard it's $120 per person but I won't be the one paying it :) :) Can dive with all the marine animals and it includes access and diving in the Dolphin Lagoon! ME LOVE DOLPHINS!
Sigh. I want to go, I want to go, I want to go.
Will probably go on my own then, gonna fulfill my childhood dream. Shall save money for the $24 entrance fee :) And then there's still a possible trip to Taiwan to save up for, if my buddy buddies still remember :S Plus I shall demand at least a Hongkong/ Thailand trip from my parents after As, Korea's highly impossible :'( Too far, my dad's fishes will mati. Sighh. Alright, I shall make myself feel better. Europe shall be my honeymoon trip so that I can use my hubby's money to pursue taitai dreams. Japan, we can bring our kids to the spring and Disneyland! ^^ Omg, whatt is this. Thinking too far and being too ambitious. Nobuddy will wanna marry me mans. Tskk~ Making-myself-feel-better programme: Failed. :(

Oh maaan. It was really sweet of the class to accompany me to the foyer and they waited with me for my parents' car to pick me up after school. Then you'd ask me why the class accompanied me. And my answer would be "They scare me with ghost stories first~~" Freeeaaakk. Tmr at midnight the "Gates" will open and "they" will happily skip out. OMG OMG OMG.
This whole freak-me-out-with-ghost-story thing started yesterday when DK sent me a sms saying the Festival is nearing. And I accidentally let out that I was scared of "floating objects". OHH! Suddenly remembered! Becca, Joshua, Junyi and I took bus to Toa Payoh MRT but when we girls alighted, I turned and wanted to wait for Joshua to catch up with us but then when I turned, OMG NOBODY. So Junyi said maybe he doesn't get off the bus and I waved as the bus drove by but I didn't see Joshua on it! OH MY TIAN. Then at break today, since Joshua was sitting beside me, I asked him about yesterday and GUESS WAD HE SAID.
HE SAID HE CAME DOWN THE BUS WITH US. OMG.
Then I decided I shan't sit near him anymore, apparently he has been so quiet since the day I've known him because he communicates with the "unseen". So he sits alone in class. Ken sits alone too and according to Josh, he is supposedly "not real" but I tested it already, I pinched him and it was painful so he must be a human. OH MAN.
Actually only wanted to blog one line for this post but now I'm quite frightened so need to release a little bit of this fear.
Jesus, I believe in You.
Jesus, I belong to You.
You're the reason that I breathe,
The reason that I sing,
With all I am.
Alright cooled off a little, now I shall blog that impactful line that Jer said to me today.
(Regarding my niece's photo - see last photo of the previous post)
"You enter this world crying and your loved ones looking upon you with smiles on their faces, caring for you meticulously. You leave this world with your loved ones crying and you'll be the one smiling in Heaven, watching and protecting them instead."

She's cute rightt!!
But Whistle's scared of her
Hahahaa made me laugh, got a couple of vids on this :D
And she's so happy "Woh Woh" is scared of her~~
Having supper, she really eats a LOT
NATIONAL DAY FEAST ^^ Had two pizzas, 2 boxes of chicken wings, lemon tea and CHILLI CRAB.
OMG thaaat was sooooo heavenly. Especially when you're allergic to prawns and think you're allergic to crabs then you haven't touched any crab for AGES. :)
MUMMY HAD A SURGERY
On her "trigger finger" aka the middle finger, couldn't bend properly
Her specialist's some famous doctor who was an MP and has a sucky attitude
She should have gone to see my orthopaedic, he's so much nicer please..
MOUNT ALVERNIA FTW!
Bought daisies to wish her speedy recovery :)
Thanks Junyi for accompanying me to the florist
And watch the sian diao florist go about the shop~
MY FIRST BLOOD DONATION! o(>.<)o
Skipped GP to go for blood donation and the wait was super long.
The form said not to eat 3-4 hours prior to the donation so I didn't eat anything in the morning and by the time I got jabbed it's like 2pm. Ohh myy tian.
A lot of funny things happened.
Shall make some notes here so that I'll rmb later
(Junyi cnt donate, Ben and I skipped Counter 4 then cut T23's queue)
OH YAA AND THE PINK BAND HAHAHAHAA!
Ended up having blue black and a rash developed the next day cos of the band.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST.
THIS IS MY DARLING LITTLE NIECE.Photo taken when she was just born and cleaned.
Isn't our princess gorgeous?
Have been very mesmerised by such small vulnerable life being born.
And I'll be watching this little life blossom into a beautiful adult in 20 over years to come, can you believe it? Like.. WOW.
While we marvel at a new life being brought to earth, we must not forget those who have been swept away by the typhoon in Taiwan and Philippines. Oh man, watched the Taiwan 6-hour donation drive on cable TV and cried. All the hope gone, all their loved ones lost. So poor thing.

TODAY: RELIGIOUS + STUNNED.
Oh myy. Today Stella suddenly turned back and said I'm her motivation.
Was quite pleasantly surprised until she said
"How come you can be like so carefree, dont need to do anything one ah?"
Walaoo, how to answer o(>.<)o
And it didn't sound like a compliment lor! *Stunned*
Then I replied a funny one "Erm need to ask God, He created me in his image.."
Religious nehh~
History Slingshot practices are such failures for me. I really should study for the next one. Even the Joshua who seldom speaks was amazed and he asked "You haven't started at all?" Oh man. Such few words can make me feel so bad.
For Lit there was an impromptu Lit Workshop which was supposed to be tomorrow. Yesterday Ms Yao smsed the other class (we're banded) but we didn't get the message. Stood up Lou once again. Sorriee~ Our class took our time for lunch after Slingshot and arrived at the Training Development Centre half an hour late. Then we had to split up into groups assigned beforehand and join the workshop which already started.
Latecomers who were assigned to group C were me, Joshua and Khartik(?) then my brain was going "Oh no. I'm not close to these two AT ALL~" Plus we joined Joseph who had the whole table to himself. Mehhh~ Awkward. But surprisingly we could get along. JAW DROP. Didn't expect the boys from 3 different classes to communicate to each other so well. Wasehh. AND for the VERY FIRST TIME in my life I heard Joshua speak so many words in a conversation/ discussion. Oh my goodness. *stunned* And I discovered Joseph could draw really well. *double stunned*
Joseph presenting his art masterpiece and or group's discussion..
We totally owned the other groups with the colours and drawings!
Poetry on death Hahaa but Joseph cartoonised it so well.
Maybe just that the lamb became a Billy goat. HAHAA!
The discussion was super entertaining, Joseph wrote the occasion of the poem to be "Lunch Special: LAMB BUFFET" for the crows HAHAHA (the crows supposed to feed off the lamb to signify the violent aspect of death) and he wrote that with a serous face. Wts.
Joshua was quite impressed when Khartik wrote the phrase "Silencing of the lamb" but we found out that he didn't know it was a movie. And when I suggested "Gone with the Wind", he didn't realise it was another famous movie too. Oh myy. So blur!
On a darker note, the first poem by Eberhart seem to portray the Crucifixion of Christ and the gory images used in the poem was rather disturbing. On the surface, the poem seem simple with short, easy English words. Ayeee, underestimated the poem.
And the time now's 5.49am, think I'll just go straight to school.
Dang. Havent done SGC and ASEAN nor have I revised Econs.
GG-fied.

ST ANNE'S FEAST DAY!
Went to St Anne's church in Sengkang and parked the car in St Joseph's Convent beside the church. Then walked over :) Many people came so there weren't enough seats for everyone. Bumped into this super tall altarboy and he is freeeaaakingg tall! Even on tiptoe, the top of my head is still at his chest level, haven't even made it to shoulder level. OMGG. Whaaat is this!
Nearing the end of Mass, the procession starts...
Inside the church compound...
Statue of St Anne and Mary
prettay candlelights!
But you can't stand there to admire it for long, it's super duper uber warm. :(
Lost our way and drove around in circles.
Gor Gor drove there first then we arrived after.
Had dinner in Sakura, a Thai-Chinese restaurant at Compasspoint.
Jie Jie in a bowl Hahahaa!
OOPS.
I wonder how such heavy ornaments manage to hold up
Of course when we feast, our dog gets to feast too :)
It's afterall a FEAST day.
Hopeful and waiting for Jie Jie to bring him out for a walk~
Training in progress first
Mischievous doggie
When Daddy was watching his Taiwanese drama on Channel 8, oh man, we saw Whistle's cousin starring in it too! That one's called Ganbatte.
And his tail is visible unlike Whistle's.
Letting him out of his play-pen for a walk :)
Whistle looks darn cute here right!
Retardedd look Hahaa
Zombiee Doggiee
Meanwhile I was trying out my photography skills on flowers we brought home from St Anne's. It's a tradition to bring home flowers from a Saint's Feast Day I don't know why. It goes the same for St Joseph's Feast Day too.
One of my favourites!
And another favourite!
I take this to be the best shot :)
Love the blurring of other objects in the background
And another one!
Totally love this shot. ^^
*SMUG*
colourful colourful!
Close-up of a white orchid :)
Had many tries before I can blur the background out
And I still don't know how I managed to take this :/
The nice nice rose again :)
Failed attempt, the background refused to blur out~
Whistle's like a human, he sleeps on his yellow pillow :)
Then he was soooooo adorable!
He slept so soundly that his head slipped off the pillow and banged the floor
Then he stunned and looked around and whined for help
Patted him twice then he went back to sleep.
Awwwww~
FOUND THIS IN DA FRIDGE.
KONNYAKU JELLY!
Muaha hahahaa!
sleeeeepyyy~
and since he realised I wasn't sleeping yet, he brought his tortoise to play with me despite him being so sleepy already. Sooooo cutee :D :D :D
Round Round eyes~~
Tug-of-war. :)
Was the dolphin yummy, Whistle?
Act cute.
BUT I LIKEE. :D
Hahaa, he just got this standard happy look
AND I LOVE THIS PICTURE. :)
