Special thanks to Lee Yahoo since I koped this from his blog without permission :/ oh and by the way, I realised I havent thanked him for doing up everything on my blog so.. Terima Kasih! However, much as I want to show you this unglam photo of him with his head wrapped up in our sch's towel, I CANT :'( he threatened to delete my precious blog BOOHOO. I shall blog about CJC Invitational Shoot next time, it'll be a lengthy one with MANY photos
Prince Caspian was REALLY GOOD and the ending song "The Call" by Regina Spektor was DARN NICE. The mice were so funny! Dabian and I kept commenting on how cute the mice were but a few scenes really scared me. Like.. what's with the elephant head and human body one? SO SCARY. oh and the witch part too, that two hideous figures who lured Prince Caspian to give a drop of his blood to the Witch.
I learnt something from the movie too: "The greatest sacrifice is to lay one's life for a friend" ZOMG. i teared when the elephant head guy held the gate up for the Narnians to escape.. He used his back to hoist the heavy iron gate and he was shot by many arrows but he held on, using his life to exchange those of his fellow Narnians. In the end he couldn't take it anymore, he collapsed and his neck was crushed under the gate. Many centaurs couldnt get out in time and they banged themselves against the gate, some crawling it in a bid to get out but they were outnumbered and this centaur gave a nod to King Peter and turned back to fight the enemy to his very last. They never came out alive. DAMN SAD.
For now, I'm contemplating on abandoning Damien for King Peter :) Hope Damien wont cry :/ Also, I guess i'm giving up meeting my pae class to go for the compulsory NUS IS Prize Presentation so Damien and I wont get to see each other...
-EMO IS IN A DESPAIR- PLAY VIOLIN.
It started out as a feeling
Which then grew into a hope
Which then turned into a quiet thought
Which then turned into a quiet word
And then that word grew louder and louder
'Til it was a battle cry
I'll come back
When you call me
No need to say goodbye
I guess it shows the relationship between Prince Caspian and Queen Susan? Since the horn is still with him so blowing it would be like a "battle cry"? -trying to use my lit inferential skills to no avail- she'll come back when he calls her, no need to say goodbye. SWEET. no wait. BITTERSWEET. :)
